  Full perimeter fencing, 24/7 gated access, key card entry, on-site security office, and optional personal camera setups. No unit-level surveillance by MSE. 

  Yes — Wi-Fi is available throughout. Units are stubbed for electric, water, and plumbing. Owners are responsible for utility hookups and costs. 

 Indoor: vehicles, RVs, boats, trailers, jet skis, tools, and personal items. Town regulations prohibit any outdoor storage. 

  Yes! There's a shared green space for events like car shows, plus more coming soon--stay tuned.
