 Access to shared amenities, full customization rights for interiors, and essential stub-ins for electric, water, and optional lifts/EV charging. 

 Overnight stays are allowed for safety or special events, but units are not zoned for full-time residential use.

  Full perimeter fencing, 24/7 gated access, key card entry, on-site security office, and optional personal camera setups. No unit-level surveillance by MSE. 

  Yes — Wi-Fi is available throughout. Units are stubbed for electric, water, and sewer. Owners are responsible for utility hookups and costs. 

 Anything legal and indoors: vehicles, RVs, boats, trailers, jet skis, tools, and personal items. Town regulations prohibit any outdoor storage. 

  Yes! There's a shared green space for events like car shows, plus more coming soon--stay tuned.

 Yes — early interest forms are available now, and pre-reservations are encouraged. This gives you first pick once units are built.
